The Dutch government and RIVM want herdimmunity. They want it now, march 2020. However, quite likely not before the start of 2021 vaccin and antibody treatment is available. Stop the herdimmunity strategy now, apply maximum lockdown till 2021.

establish that:
- The Dutch government only follows RIVM recommendations, and not international guidelines (WHO etc.).
- It is a risky gamble to go for herdimmunity at the moment, while no vaccin or treatment methods are available.
and request
High Dutch lockdown until the vaccin and treatment is available.
